The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 19.10.2023, under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 (added later on) of IPC, registered at Police Station Hajipur, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1). 2.

Vide order dated 16.01.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Om Parkash submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 16.01.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made SANDEEP SETHI 2024.03.05 01:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case and this order shall not be considered as parity qua any other co-accused. 6.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioner is found involved in any such activity once again, the State is at liberty to promptly move an appropriate application for cancellation of bail detailing out the circumstances and violation of the condition(s) of bail.
