RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider his claim for promotion as Head Master w.e.f 2001. Petitioner waas appointed as Social Study Master with respondent-department on 28.10.1993 and promoted on the post of Elementary School Master vide office order dated 13.06.2013 (P-1). The case of the petitioner for promotion as Head Master has not been considered by the department till date, despite reservation policies dated 15.07.2014 and 17.04.2017 Anneuxre P-2 and Anneuxre P-3 respectively. In this regard, petitioner has given legal notice dated 17.07.2019 (P-9) but no action has been taken till date.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
