Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.059 dated 27.01.2022 registered under Sections 392, 397 IPC and Sections 25 and 29 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for last 1 year and 5 months and he is involved in four more cases.
