**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.121 dated 15.07.2027 registered under Sections 432, 270, 290, 278, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has expired and that neither he is able to contact the remaining petitioners, nor have they contacted him since long. Learned State counsel submits that in the present FIR, the challan was presented on 23.08.2017 and thereafter, charges were framed on 20.08.2018.
Since, the petitioners have not challenged the presentation of the challan and framing of the charges, no orders can be passed in the AMAN JAIN 2022.08.29 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-8582-2018 (O&M) -2present petition. Above all, petitioner No.1 has expired and the remaining petitioners have not contacted the learned counsel since long. Dismissed.
