the application filed by the petitioners for setting aside the ex parte proceedings carried out against them in the appeal preferred by respondents No.4 to 10, which is now stated to be listed on 17.09.2025. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Kapil Bansal, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to him, and submits that since the matter is listed on 17.09.2025 before the learned Divisional Commissioner, Karnal, the application filed by the petitioners for setting aside the ex parte proceedings carried out against them shall be considered and decided on the said date, or in any case, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
