[2] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 140, dated 22nd June, 2019, under Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna.

[3] In view of order of even date passed in CRM-M-50412-2019 whereby aforesaid FIR is quashed, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
