*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. This is the third petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of pre-arrest bail filed by petitioner Sunny Bajwa @ Japani, aged about 35 years, son of Avtar Singh, resident of Singpura Road, Ward NO. 12, Kurali, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, an accused in F.I.R No. 006 dated 13.1.2018 under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 registered with Police Station Sadar Kurali, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. The first petition bearing CRM-M-23918 of 2019 filed by petitioner was dismissed on 24.5.2019 and the second petition bearing CRM-M-23300 of 2018 was dismissed on merits on 1.6.2018. Hon'ble Apex Court in a recent judgment G.R. Ananda Babu Versus The State of Tamil Nadu & Anr. arising out of SLP (Crl.) No. 213 of 2021 has observed the specious reason of change in circumstances cannot be invoked for successive anticipatory bail application, once it is rejected by PARVINDER SINGH 2021.07.13 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
