Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the SARFAESI Act'). The averments made in paragrapha 4 of the petition, reveal that a notice u/s 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act had also been issued.
