**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 0058 dated 10.6.2019 under Section 304 IPC registered at Police Station City-II Malerkotla, District Sangrur.

At the outset learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Satwinder Singh, submits that in the present case all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
