(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the order dated 17.12.2022 (Annexure P-21) passed by the trial Court in FIR No.101, dated 30.05.2018 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of IPC, 1860 and Section 12 in the passports Act, 1967 and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act 2014, Police Station Division No.6, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-3), whereby the application filed by petitioner for grant of permission to go abroad has been rejected. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
