(Oral) Mr. Surinder Singh, Tehsildar, Sub-Division, Lehra (Sangrur), who is present in Court, has filed a report by way of affidavit of Ghanshyam Thori, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur, PunjabRespondent No.2 in Court today. The same is taken on record. As per the said report, no person was illegally detained in the premises of M/s A.K.M. Brick Kiln, Chotian, Police Station Lehragaga, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not assailed the said report in any manner.

In the light of the aforesaid report of the District Magistrate-cumDeputy Commissioner, Sangrur, this petition is hereby disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
