(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of cross case vide Rapat No.35, dated 23.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.61, dated 23.03.2018, registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar, under Sections 341, 323, 506, 148 & 149 IPC (Annexure P-2) on the basis of compromise dated 02.11.2019 (Annexure P3). 2.

Pursuant to orders dated 18.12.2019 & 10.03.2023, report dated 10.05.2023 has been received from Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and cross case vide Rapat No.35, dated 23.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.61, dated 23.03.2018, registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar, under Sections 341, 323, 506, 148 & 149 IPC (Annexure P-2) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
