**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 45 dated 6.4.2019, registered under Sections 32 and 33 of Indian Forest Act, 1927, Section 379 IPC and Sections 27 and 29 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Subhash, submits that one more case is pending against the petitioner. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petition is dismissed.
