**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0173 dated 15.5.2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (Sections 307 and 120-B IPC added later on), Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri.

Vide order dated 9.12.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Patram, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 9.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to GURPREET SINGH 2020.03.05 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh
