The petitioner admittedly had been paid the interest @ 6% per annum. The interest amount had been paid in July, 2023 while orders were passed on 17.03.2023.

Learned counsel submits that four months expired on 17.07.2023, whereas the amount was paid after 17.07.2023 i.e. in the month July.

This Court finds that no deliberate or willful contempt is made out.

Dismissed.
