Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application before the Family Court, Narnaul, for modification of the order dated 31.08.2023 passed by the Family Court, Narnaul, as there is change of circumstances after passing of the said order as the respondent had got ex parte decree of divorce and got remarried.
