*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 not to proceed with the misconceived complaint dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
