In all the above referred three appeals, matter has since been settled by way of settlement, copy of which has been placed on file along with report of Mediator. The settlement is taken on record as Annexure C-1. As per the settlement, the amount of compensation as awarded by the tribunal in all the three claim petitions, has been reduced to `14 lakhs and payment of schedule has been incorporated in the settlement. As the matter has been amicably settled, all the three appeals are disposed of as per the settlement Annexure C-1. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. It is ordered that in the event of appellants failing to make payment as per settlement, the claimants shall be entitled to revocation of settlement and to file execution to recover the entire amount of compensation as per the award passed by the tribunal.
