RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Appellant-Kuldeep Kaur has sought permission under section 8 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act to sell the land of two minor children namely Jaspreet Singh and Simranpreet Kaur @ Simranjeet Kaur @ Seema. This permission was, however, declined by the court below observing that only general public had been impleaded as respondent. None from the paternal side of the minor children had been impleaded. During the pendency of this appeal, admittedly son namely Jaspreet Singh has attained majority and daughter namely Simranpreet Kaur is almost 17 years old and would attain majority soon. In view of above, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
