The present petition has been filed for setting aside/cancellation of the order dated 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, whereby, respondent No. 2 has granted the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0053 dated 11.07.2025 under Sections 406 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station PS Women, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar (Annexure P-1).

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition while keeping all her contentions open, at this stage. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
