CRM-M-60728-2022 Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.172 dated 13.12.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the afore-said submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
