Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing of order/letter dated 21.12.2016 (Annexure P-5) of respondent No.2 and directing respondents No.1 to 4 for grant of financial assistance (subsidy) for installation of Grid Connected Roof Top SPV Power Plant of 7.5 KWp. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed away during the Covid-19 Pandemic and that the son of the petitioner has also passed away. He submits that he has been making attempts to contact the LRs of the petitioner, however, he has not been able to get any response. It is also evident that the matter pertains to the year 2018 and is being adjourned repeatedly for awaiting instructions from the petitioner.

In the fitness of things, the present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
