(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Sukha Singh alias Balvir Singh in case FIR No.193 dated 18.10.2019 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Samana, District Patiala. In view of statement of learned State counsel that petitioner has been found involved in six more criminal cases, instant petition is dismissed.
