(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Narata Singh in case FIR No.193 dated 18.10.2019 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Samana, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has rendered infructuous in view of surrender of the petitioner. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
