(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 02.09.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra in MNT Case No. 590 of 2019 titled as "Kanika and others vs. Surya Kant" the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/- p.m. (Rs.10,000/-p.m. to each respondent No.1 to 3). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as it is stated that the matter stands settled between the parties. Permitted to do so.
