The present petitioner becomes aggrieved from the drawings of Annexure P-7 and Annexure P-8, whereby the respondent concerned, strive to take possession of the land(s), thus owned and possessed by the Gram Panchayat concerned, but without any valid eviction order becoming passed on the relevant lis rather by the Assistant Collector concerned. 2.

Status report by way of affidavit sworn by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Block Rania, District Sirsa, has been filed, which is taken on record.

Though, in the above event, this Court may have quashed the annexures (supra), but since it is disclosed in paragraph 5 of the status report (supra), filed by the learned State counsel, that possession viz-a-viz the writ land(s) becomes not assumed in pursuance to the said annexures, by the GURPREET SINGH 2023.11.29 11:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement Chandigarh

Therefore, in view of the above, the instant writ petition does not survive, and, is disposed of as such.
