******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that petitioner-Ranbir Singh has now gone to live in Netherlands. The police has assured him of his protection for life and liberty as and when the same is required. In view of submissions of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra as and when he apprehends any threat to his life and liberty.
