RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to pay the boarding/diet allowances @ Rs.150/- per month according to instructions dated 12.08.2009 (P-1) issued by Haryana Government The greivance of the petitioner before this Court is that he has been appointed in the Department of Health Services Haryana on 24.08.2001 as Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) and vide instructions dated 12.08.2009 (P-1), the Finance Department of Government of Haryana revised the Boarding and Diet Allowances for MPHS and MPHW (Female) from Rs.30/- per month to Rs.150/- per month but petitioner is not being paid the above mentioned allowances since 01.09.2014. Resondent No. 3 issued instructions dated 26.08.2019 for payment of Boarding and Diet Allowance w.e.f September, 2014, as per instruction of Government of Haryana vide Annexure P-4.

CWP No. 35793-2019 Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to comply letter dated 26.08.2019 (P-4) positively and release the benefit to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The respondent No. 3 shall pass a speaking order.
