This writ petition has been filed to assail the correctness of show cause notice issued to the petitioner on 12.01.2024 with respect to impounding of his passport, which was responded to by the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the petitioner's passport was valid upto 05.10.2024 and no action pursuant to show cause notice has been taken against the petitioner. 3.
