Seeking a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023.

After arguing at length, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied if a direction is issued to the State not to seek any adjournment during trial and also to ensure that official witnesses are present for recording of their statement(s).

Notice served upon the official respondent(s) through State's counsel. 4.

State's counsel, on instructions, submits that State is not interested in lingering on the matter, but it is interested in its disposal. 5.

Given the undertaking of the State's counsel, no further order is required to be passed, as such. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of and the State is requested not to seek unnecessary adjournment(s) and ensure presence of summoned witnesses on the date(s) fixed before the trial Court.
