**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the benefit of regular bail but the petitioner will be satisfied in case, directions are issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.

Learned State counsel submits that as per his instructions, out of total 20 cited prosecution witnesses, 18 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and remaining two prosecution witnesses have been summoned for 15.01.2024 and they will be examined on the said date and the trial will be concluded expeditiously.

Keeping in view the above, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing fixed before the trial Court even if, the short adjournments are to be granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will also cooperate in concluding the trial within the period fixed by this Court.
