The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.94 dated 09.10.2019 registered under Sections 376, 420 IPC at Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

By an order dated 09.12.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in pursuance of direction given by this Court vide order dated 09.12.2019, petitioner has joined investigation. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.
