The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.01.1995 passed by this Court in CWP-4351-1990 titled "Vidya Nand and others Vs. State of Haryana and others", which was allowed in terms of order dated 18.01.1995 passed by this Court in CWP-11738-1988 titled "Ram Kishan Ahlawat and others Vs. State of Haryana and others".

Learned counsel for respondents contends that respondents have filed LPA and learned Division Bench of this Court has stayed the operation of the order dated 19.11.2025 vide order dated 10.12.2025. 3.

In view of the same, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioners to avail the remedy as is available to them after the decision of LPA. 5.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
