**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.70 dated 20.05.2025 under Sections 304, 351(2) BNS registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda.

On the oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Section 238 BNS is ordered to be added in the prayer clause and head note of the present petition as well in this order. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.09.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 19.09.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 19.09.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 7.
