etitioner, who is borrower, has approached this Court seeking quashing of the order dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned District Magistrate, Gurugram, issued u/s 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short SARFAESI Act) and the order dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Tehsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate, Gurugram.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) u/s 17 of the SARFAESI Act. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
