In the present case, on 10.12.2025, following order was passed:- "1.
The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking necessary protection of lives and personal liberty of the petitioners, in view of the fact that they are living in a live-in relationship and are under eminent threats at the hands of respondent No.4.

On 17.09.2026, the following order was passed: "i) By filing present petition, under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberty in view of the fact that they are living in a live-in relationship and are under eminent threats at the hands of respondent No.4. ii) Petitioner No. 1, Amandeep Kaur, aged 34 years, is admittedly married to one Happy Singh. Out of the said wedlock, a daughter namely Ganeshpreet Kaur was born, who is now 8 years old and is residing with Petitioner No. 1.
iii) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to implead husband of Petitioner No. 1-Happy Singh, as a party to the petition.
iv) List on 13.10.2025."

Thereafter, none appeared on 13.10.2025. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 4.
Last opportunity is granted.
