(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, in case FIR No. 08 dated 25.01.2014 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Quila Lal Singh, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 07.012.2018, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and released on bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 07.12.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
