Mr. Rajat Gautam, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.204 dated 21.12.2023 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station Satnail, District Mahendergarh.

Vide order dated 31.10.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is a household lady and has been implicated on account of the act of sale done by her husband, who transferred certain piece(s) of land on the basis of GPA executed by her. Although, the amount has been credited in the account of the petitioner, but being a household lady, she is innocent and there is no direct or connecting evidence to show that sale deed has been executed by her directly."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 31.10.2024, the petitioner has joined PUNEET SACHDEVA 2025.01.22 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned State counsel, on instructions, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for her custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 31.10.2024, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) BNSS.
