The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to further direct the respondent No.2 to take action against respondent Nos. 3 to 5 for not discharging their duties as per procedure and to arrest respondent Nos.6 to 18 in FIR No.397 dated 07.10.2024 registered under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 333 and 351(2) of BNS (Sections 117(2) and 109 BNS were added during investigation) at Police Station Chand Hut, District Palwal. 2.

The learned counsel for the State, at the very outset, submits that the challan stands submitted against 02 accused and 11 accused have been found to be innocent.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law. 4.

Ordered accordingly.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
