Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to appoint the petitioner to the post of TGT Sanskrit (ROH) alongwith all consequential benefits, pursuant to advertisement 02.2023, dated 21.02.2023, category no.6. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by the second respondent, expeditiously. 4.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. CWP No.29671 of 2024 [2] such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the second respondent-Director, Elementary Education Haryana, by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a period of six weeks of receiving the representation.
