ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rashpal Singh, submits that the case before the trial Court is now fixed for final arguments, however, in terms of the order dated 04.09.2018 vide which the trial Court was directed not to pass the final order, the trial Court is not proceeding further.
Since, the trial is at the fag end, this petition is disposed orf having been rendered infructuous.
