AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Since identical questions of law and facts are involved in all the aforesaid four petitions, therefore the same are being decided by this common MANOJ KUMAR 2026.03.20 21:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order

CRM-M-52198-2025 (O&M) 2 & other cases order. For the sake of convenience, facts are being extracted from CRM-M52198-2025 (O&M). Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the learned JMIC, Rewari, in case bearing FIR No.79 dated 18.04.2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 316(2),318(2) (4),351(2),338,336(3),340(2) of BNS, registered at P.S Sector 6, Dharuhera, District Rewari, vide which case property (Areca nuts) valuing more than 50 crores, was released to the accused.

Both the parties are ad idem that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. It has been agreed that within 10 days, case property (Arecanut/Crushed Arecanut) shall be released to the complainant of all the FIRs. Two days thereafter, a joint petition for quashing of the FIR would be filed. In view of aforesaid statement made by both the parties, present petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. A photo copy of this order be placed on all the connected files.
