(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.232 dated 17.10.2023 under Sections 353, 186, 294, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, 1860 (Section 332 of IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at P.S. Sadar Kharar/Kharar District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.11.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 21.11.2023 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 21.11.2023 is made absolute.
