Present petition has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of interim bail for a period of four weeks to the petitioner in FIR No.116 dated 12.09.2023, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Banur, District Patiala, on account of petitioner's marriage, scheduled to be solemnized on 23.11.2023. 2.

The factum of marriage has been duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from the police official concerned. 3.

As a result thereof, present petition is allowed.
