The present contempt petition has been filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging violation of the order dated 14.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-1363-2016. The operative part of the order dated 14.01.2025 reads as under :

'3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation within a period of 04 weeks and on doing so, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of 04 months of its receipt, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after AMAN JAIN 2025.09.25 09:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

COCP-4776-2025 (O&M) -2notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.'

Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a copy of the detailed speaking order which has been passed on 24.09.2025. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
