(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, prayer has been made for setting aside the order dated 30.08.2023 passed by the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Palwal whereby, a committal order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the trial Court has been set aside. 2.

In the present case, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge in its order has observed that so far, no medical evidence was adduced on record and whenever the Medical Officer-cum-Surgeon would be examined by the prosecution and in case something comes out in his statement as regards the injuries suffered by Charan Singh (one of the victim-injured) were dangerous to life, an appropriate application could be filed at the instance of complainant.

In view of the above, the impugned order does not call for any interference, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application under Section 216 of CrPC, in case, any
