Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 20.11.2019, terminating the services of petitioner, was stayed vide common order dated 29.11.2019 passed in CWP-34758-2019 and CWP-34782-2019. In pursuance of order dated 29.11.2019, order of termination of petitioner has been taken back, subject to final decision of CWP-34758-2019. The writ petition (CWP-34758-2019) filed by the petitioner is still pending and the interim order passed in that petition has been complied with. For any further relief, petitioner may avail other legal remedy available to him in accordance with law. No reason is made out to initiate proceedings against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act. Dismissed.
