Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 221, 109, 132, 191(3), 190, 132, 134 of BNS, 2023, in a case arising out of FIR No. 224, dated 16.10.2024, registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala. 2.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the fact that petitioner has already been arrested, present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3.
