RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Suresh @ Tikhiya - in a case arising from FIR No.328 dated 22.08.2018 registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Fetehabad, Fetehabad. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rameshwar Dayal, submits that trial is at the fag end. Out of 28 witnesses, 26 have been examined. Only one doctor and FSL official remain to be examined. Petitioner has been found involved and convicted in three more cases i.e. under the NDPS Act, Section 302 IPC and the Arms Act. Considering above aspect of the matter, petitioner does not deserve the concession of regular bail.

Dismissed.
