(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 28.02.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar in application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violation Act, 2005 and order dated 26.09.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, whereby the revision of respondents No.1 & 2 for enhancement of the maintenance has been allowed and the appeal of the petitioner for reduction of the maintenance amount has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous as the main application (i.e. COMA.131.2016) filed by respondents No.1 & 2 under Section 12 (1) of the protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has now been dismissed on 02.01.2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar. Photocopy of the said order dated 02.01.2024 filed by learned counsel in Court today, is taken on record.

The same is not opposed to by learned counsel for the respondent(s).

In view of the position noted above as well as the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed as having been rendered infrcutuous.
